Erik Nesheim

As a Community Manager with 15 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry and nearly four years specializing in active adult communities, Erik brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion for creating exceptional living experiences.

Throughout his career, Erik has developed a strong understanding of the many elements that make a community successful—from operational excellence and team leadership to leasing, resident retention, and building meaningful relationships with residents and families. His experience in active adult living has further strengthened his passion for creating communities where residents feel connected, valued, and truly at home.

Erik believes that successful communities are built around people. His management approach centers on leading with integrity, developing strong teams, delivering outstanding customer service, and creating an environment where both residents and team members can thrive.
